General Return Policy:

You may request a refund no more than 15 days after the date of purchase.

You must return the full package no more than 30 days after the date of purchase in order to get a full refund without exception. The package, which includes the CDs and manuals, must be return in new condition without exception. For more information, please refer to our End User License Agreement above.

Digital Downloads of the software are not refundable.
